We've had a great weekend! Kris and Beth have been here visitin since Wednesday and we rented a boat for the day yesterday. Lily's old babysitter Katherine watched her and Pierce, and Maria and Ian joined us on the boat. The weather was beautiful and we had a blast tubing, wake boarding and just relaxing in the water.
Lily's first birthday is just 3 weeks away, and she's getting so big! She's taking stpes on her own now and will take off running any day. Every day we see more of her personality and she's certainly not lacking in that area ;) She thinks wearing my sunglasses is absolutely hysterical and I have some shots below from a photo session the other day.

I love blast tubing! The speed and the wave bumps never fail to thrill me. Actually, it has become a family thing now, but instead of renting a boat, we just use the one that my father imported from the US. But we weren't able to use it right away. It had to undergo the boat CE marking process because of the recreational craft directive. But hey, it was definitely worth the wait.
